Refund and Cancellation Policy
FoxDesk Cloud is a monthly business subscription. Hosted checkout shows the amount, taxes, billing period and automatic renewal before payment.
Free trial
The trial is normally 14 days, requires no payment card and does not create a charge. A paid subscription begins only after an authorised workspace administrator completes hosted checkout.
Cancellation
The workspace owner may cancel through the billing controls. Cancellation stops the next renewal and normally takes effect at the end of the already paid billing period. Access continues until then unless the workspace is suspended for security, abuse, law or non-payment.
Refund rule
Fees are final and non-refundable once a paid billing period starts because service capacity and access are made available for that period. We do not normally provide pro-rated refunds or credits for unused time, forgotten cancellation, reduced use, customer configuration, or a decision to stop using the service. This rule does not limit mandatory rights or our remedy obligations for a confirmed material service failure.
Billing errors and duplicate charges
Contact [email protected] promptly if you believe a charge was duplicated, unauthorised or incorrectly calculated. We will investigate verified billing errors and correct or refund an incorrect charge through the original payment method. Raising a concern does not by itself cancel future renewal; use the billing controls to cancel.
Service failure
If a serious service issue is confirmed and we cannot restore ordinary paid use within a reasonable period, we may provide a proportionate credit or refund for the affected period or allow termination. The available remedy depends on impact, duration, fault and mandatory law.
How to request review
Write to [email protected] with the workspace name, billing email, invoice reference and a concise explanation. Do not send complete payment card details. We may verify account authority and request evidence needed to investigate. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method; processing time then depends on the payment provider and bank.
Nothing in these documents excludes a statutory duty, remedy, or right that applicable mandatory law does not permit the parties to exclude or limit.
